When placing an order, please adhere to the following terms and conditions. It is essential to be aware of these guidelines:
Important Notes:
- Services are not available for private accounts.
- Cancellations are not possible once the order has started.
- Do not change your username after placing an order.
- Do not make your account private after placing an order.
Refill Guarantee:
- Dropped followers can be recovered for free using the refill button. Refills are not allowed after a username change. Refills are only available when specified that the service includes a guarantee.
- Refills are based on the initial and final counts. The initial count plus the ordered quantity equals the end count. Once the end count is reached, the refill is considered complete.
- No guarantee is provided if you change your username. Free refills are guaranteed only until you place another order on the same profile. Ensure you have the correct username before ordering.
- Refills are available only up to 100% of the ordered quantity. For example, if you order a quantity of 1000, we will refill a total of 1000 if drops occur.
- We do not guarantee your old drops. If you use a service with a high drop rate and then switch to a guaranteed service, the refill will not be valid. It is recommended to order on a fresh link. Lifetime guaranteed services also cover fresh links only.
Refund Policy:
- No refunds will be issued for incorrect or private account links. We may refund your money if you enter random numbers in the link section, but this is not guaranteed. Double-check your link before placing an order.
- No refunds will be issued once your order is marked as completed.
